Operator and service
TextRemover.video is independently operated by Sirius. Contact support@textremover.video for service or account questions.
TextRemover.video provides AI-assisted removal of text from uploaded videos. Current upload limits, supported formats, processing modes and credit costs are displayed on the site. By using the service, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support promptly.
Uploaded content and permitted use
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process and use your videos. Uploading a file allows us and our service providers to store and process it as needed to perform your request; it does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Do not use the service to infringe another person's rights, violate applicable law, upload malicious content, gain unauthorized access or interfere with the service. Removing text, a logo or a watermark does not grant you rights to the underlying video.
Processing and results
AI processing can change the selected picture area and may leave visible artifacts. Results depend on the source video, text and background; complete removal, exact reconstruction and lossless output are not guaranteed. Review the result before using or publishing it.
Submitted video-processing jobs cannot be canceled. After the upload finishes and the task is accepted, you can find its status in My videos. Uploads and results are automatically deleted 7 days after processing, so download your results before they expire.
Credits, purchases and subscriptions
Processing uses credits at the rate displayed before submission. Current video processing costs one credit per second of the full uploaded clip, rounded to the nearest second (minimum 1 credit). A smaller selected area does not reduce the duration charged. Failed processing jobs automatically return their deducted processing credits.
New accounts may receive a one-time signup gift of free processing seconds, valid for a limited time. The amount, validity and limits (such as the number of new accounts per signup network) are explained on the pricing page; creating an account does not guarantee free processing.
One-time packs and recurring subscription plans are offered on the pricing page. Pack credits do not expire. Subscription allowances and their expiration follow the displayed plan terms; annual plans are billed annually with credits allocated monthly. Checkout displays the final price and any applicable taxes before payment.
You can stop future subscription renewals from the account billing page. This is separate from canceling a video job or requesting a refund. Payment refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy; a processing-credit return is not a refund to your payment method.
Account closure and service availability
To request account closure, email support@textremover.video from the address associated with the account. Account settings do not currently provide a self-service closure button. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may restrict or suspend access for abuse, security issues or violations of these terms. Service availability can be affected by maintenance or third-party providers. Contact support if a service issue affects a paid job or purchase.
Responsibility and changes
You are responsible for reviewing results and for how you use or share your content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the latest version. Questions can be sent to support@textremover.video.
